Sam Moore is a photographer who recently said “Quite possibly the best invention ever for someone that has had foot surgery… nearly 5 weeks in and this iwalker has kept me sane!!!”. He uploaded a nice picture of himself using it a circuit with an air boot on his foot.

A Part in Star Wars?
Barbara Illingworth is enjoying the celebrity status of her iWALK 2.0 and posted to our Facebook page asking if she, like Harrison Ford, our new high-profile customer, can have a part in Star Wars!
Lack of an iWALKFree causes scandal in Daily Mirror
If this lady had been using an iWALK 2.0 she would not have had to be holding hands with Mr Farage and wouldn’t have found herself on the front page of the Mirror!

Barbara says “A fantastic product”
Just had this comment left on the Facebook page by Barbara Illingworth:
“I’ve recently had a fairly major op on my foot/ankle and am not allowed to weight bear for 3 months. I’m in a cast and looked forward to 3 months on crutches. One week after my operation and I’m mobile….this is a fantastic product and I’d like to say a big thank you. Love, love love it.”
Really pleased that it’s working so well for her.
First Time on the iWALK 2.0
Not everyone finds it quite this easy!
“He even started doing the washing up”
Mike and Tatjana
Two nice comments recently. Mike left this on our Facebook page:
“I am a below knee amputee, and due to a condition in the remaining stump, I am unable to use a prosthetic limb at all, so I haven’t walked for 13 years. I have recently tried out one of these and within 15 minutes i was walking all round my house. My legs are very weak so I need to strengthen them up, but this device is going to change my life tenfold, I can’t believe I didn’t spot these before now amazing product”
We should have some to sell back in stock soon and I hope he’ll be back for one.
Tatjana mailed me about her rental and said
“I also wanted to say thank you for offering this product for rental. It really made my life a lot easier during my 6 weeks of non-weight bearing after my foot operation. Whilst I was never able to solely use the iWALKFree, using it combined with 1 regular crutch was still a lot easier than walking with 2 regular crutches and I would absolutely recommend the iWALKFree and your service to anybody in the same position.
Thank you!”
Interesting how some people find it easier to gain confidence on the iWALKFree than others, isn’t it? I’m glad they both found the device so useful.
Use of the iWALK 2.0 By An Amputee
This video shows the iWALK 2.0 in action for someone with a below-knee amputation. We don’t have them here in the UK yet, but they will be here soon for sale at first, and for rent later on. We still have the original model to rent, but are currently without any to sell until the 2.0 arrives with us.
Made Domestic Life Possible
Nice comment from one of our customers, returning his rental unit:
William’s comment
Nice note from William Stewart, who has come to the end of a long rental:
“It is a fabulous product and gave me a great deal of freedom to get about that would not be possible with crutches.”
