The iWALKFree does not suit everybody. We ask you if you are reasonably fit and have a fairly good sense of balance to ensure that we do not supply a device to someone whom we believe will not be able to benefit. We also strongly advise you to check with the practitioner treating your condition that they feel that the iWALKFree is suitable for you to use.
We ask for a height indication in case we need to shorten the beam, the top of which is 880 mm from the ground as standard.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee but ask you to try out your iWALKFree indoors and keep it in a condition in which we can sell it to somebody else if it is returned.
